Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in HR Administration (and Payroll)

- Knowledge of labour code

Responsibilities:
- Payroll preparation
- Other payments preparation (MP+AB)
- HR Administartion (contracts, changes, filing, archieve, signatures, enter/exit procedures, job decriptions, statnoe raspisanie, time sheet,organ chart, welcome message)
- HR statistics (fluctuation, illness rate, paid overtime)

Specialist of Risk-Management

Requirements:
- 3-year experience in risk management department
- Knowledge of principles and methods of risk management. General overview of financial money market and economics. Skills in risk-management analysis and reporting.
- Basic knowledge in Basel II. Knowledge of accounting system
- Experiences in automatization, formalization of business processes (as advantage).
- University degree, specialization "risk management"/ "mathematic in economic"/ "economic"
- Advanced level of English language obligatory
- Strong analytical skills, high responsibility, self-sufficiency, self-control, initiative, good communication skills, discipline and loyalty.
- Result oriented, stress resistant.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of RM-reports for HQ (portfolio risks, statistics reports, provisions and etc) on regular basis
- Preparation of reports based on Basel II based on financial data (financial and credit risks) including operational risks
- Calculation, control and analysis of bad debt provision on monthly basis
- Control and analyzing of risks (portfolio risks, industry risks, RV risks, operational risks and etc)
- Analysis of statistic data in order to control and preparation of proposals for optimization of RM procedures and requirements
- Preparation of presentation for Management and HQ in part of RM issues
- Other issues in RM
- Optimization of RM process and RM procedures.
- Automatization of RM reports.
- Preparation of polices and procedures for RM.
- Participation in processes of the forecast and budget.
- Participation in another projects in part of RM issues.
